Join us at our Nordic Tipi for an hour of mat Pilates: Low impact exercises focussed on core strength, balance and posture.
Whether you're a Pilates pro or complete beginner, you will be guided through slow, controlled movements and precise breathing to allow the body to move in perfect alignment.
Follow your exercise, nestled amongst the vines in our tipi, with a bite to eat or flight of wine.
What to bring: Yoga/Exercise mat
Package includes: one hour Pilates and £20 credit to enjoy on food/drink in our restaurant or a wine flight at our Ten Acres Shop.
Timings: Arrive to the tipi by 10.50am.
