
Join us at our Nordic Tipi for an hour of mat Pilates: Low impact exercises focussed on core strength, balance and posture.
Whether you're a Pilates pro or complete beginner, you will be guided through slow, controlled movements and precise breathing to allow the body to move in perfect alignment.
Follow your exercise, nestled amongst the vines in our tipi, with lunch in our Courtyard Restaurant.
What to bring: Yoga/Exercise mat
Package includes: one hour Pilates, your choice of salad from our menu and a glass of Chenin Blanc (white), Shiraz (red) or french Pinot Noir (rose) wine.
Timings: Arrive to the tipi by 10.50am. Relax with your meal and fellow guests in our restaurant post Pilates.
