A truly unique sparkling wine, made to celebrate the birth of Simon & Sarah's daughter. Every grape variety grown on the vineyard was used. This sparkling rosé has apricot, orange peel, vanilla, green apple and citrus notes on the nose. It is paired with a bright acidity and subtle tannins on the palate.
Food Match: Perfect with any seafood dish or even a charcuterie board, curry dishes, aged/mature cheese.
